Give me a break

COME ON PEOPLE!! Give an entrepreneur a break. This woman (a teacher) came up with a supplement, called Airborne, that helps to ward off colds. I can attest to the fact that it works for me. I make sure to take it right when someone starts showing signs of a sickness in our house and I have not gotten sick this year.
The kids have been sick twice each. John has been sick about 4 times. I have not been once. This is the first year I've not been sick, this is the first year I've been taken Airborne religiously when someone starts to show signs. That's good enough for me.
But nooooo. Hold on, she was making too much money on HER idea. So now the read the- small- print- in hopes of squashing the America dream AND taking some of their money while we're at it people are saying she didn't do enough testing. She hired a small group of people to administer the testing just for this product. So friggin' what. People are buying it and I think it works. It's a bunch of herbs and vitamins, not rocket science. It's just a well packaged, well marketed product. No one thinks it's going to cure anything it just HELPS.
I'm betting the big drug manufacturers are behind this because Airborne was cutting into ther profits. Airborne has agreed to settle for 23M which means they must be making GOBS more money than that. Good for her. Screw all of the lawyers and people who can't let one teacher reap the awards of her well earned success.
